Police introduce a restraining order in a party area in Copenhagen

Police introduce a restraining order in a party area in Copenhagen

From Thursday, the police will introduce a residence ban in Kødbyen, which is a popular party and gathering place in Copenhagen.

The Copenhagen Police writes this on Twitter.

Kødbyen is an area in Vesterbro with both restaurants and nightclubs, and there are often many people to see in the evening and night hours.

Therefore, the police have chosen that the ban on taking up residence in Kødbyen applies from 10 pm to 2 am from Thursday and seven days onwards.

In addition, the police choose to pay special attention to streets in Copenhagen, where many people gather. Gothersgade and Vestergade are on the list of so-called warning zones.

We are introducing a residence ban in Kødbyen. The stay ban applies from today and for the time being seven days until the period at. 22-02. Vestergade and Gothersgade are also on the list of warning zones that the police pay special attention to. #politidk https://t.co/yqFbdAZdo9
