Four people were charged on Friday in the large hunting crime complex in Västmanland, including a well-known business leader from the county, according to the prosecutor’s office.
- Two of them are charged with aggravated hunting crime after hunting a wolf in 2018, and according to the indictment, three of the accused must have handled a poison with the purpose of killing a wolf, and the indictment concerns preparation for a serious hunting offense.
- “This is a case that has involved many for a long time, there have been many trips during the journey, but now the district court must evaluate the evidence that is invoked,” writes Lars Magnusson in a press release.
