- Matti Blind-Berg, chairman of Girja’s Sami village, found out on Sunday that three of the Sami village’s reindeer had been shot, Sameradion & SVT Sápmi reports.
- Slaughter remains have been found in the areas around the village of Äijävaara in Gällivare municipality. It was last in February that the Sami village found poached reindeer in the same area.
- “This time it must be enough, now it is enough. They must add all the resources they have”, says Matti Blind-Berg.
