Maskeradigan’s former leader has been arrested on suspicion of preparation for robbery and aggravated weapon crime.
The former leader, who is now 64 years old, was arrested with a forged police ID, according to Aftonbladet.
He has now arrested by prosecutors in Borlänge.
The masquerade league was active during the 80s and 90s and when they carried out several robberies dressed as police officers.
The leader was convicted for seven robberies.
He has since also been convicted of several other crimes, most recently in 2013 to eight years in prison.
