- Pernilla Lindberg seems to have something good going on in this week’s LPGA Tour competition in Greensboro, Georgia – with a total of seven strokes under par, Lindberg is split five and is three strokes behind leader Ally McDonald, USA.
- Strengthened by the 18th place in the major PGA championships a couple of weeks ago, Lindberg has started with two nice rounds, 68 and 69 strokes respectively.
- “I got a little clicked in the PGA Championship, especially in my long game that I worked on. It is always difficult to maintain my form in golf, but I feel that I am close to where I want to be, ”Lindberg said at the press conference after the first round.
