There was a brief national crash on Friday in the system where the pods at the test sites register corona samples.
This is stated by the Capital Region of Denmark. The crash lasted from 13.30 to 13.45.
In the Capital Region, it has not had any consequences for the conduct of coronate tests. The test sites have briefly run on emergency procedure. But no citizens have been rejected for testing as a result of the crash.
The same message comes from the Region of Southern Denmark. Test sites have noticed the problem, but have been able to continue grafting without problems via emergency procedures.
The sites have used a back-up system where they have registered the samples until they have been able to transfer them back to the regular system after the crash.
Therefore, no citizens in Southern Denmark have been affected by the crash.
In Aarhus, however, some have been affected by the crash. Aarhus University Hospital writes about it on its Facebook page.
– Right now we unfortunately have to ask citizens with covid test times today until 5 pm to stay home from testing. This is due to a national breakdown in the system in which the pods register the samples.
– The crash puts a lot of pressure on the traffic in the area by the new test center, so we hope for an understanding that ambulance driving has first priority, the hospital writes on Facebook at 14.47.
