DJ desk, smoke machine and disco light.
It was apparently going on in an apartment in Aalborg on Sunday night, where 30 people were at a party when the police arrived due to loud music.
Although the party took place in a private home that is not subject to the assembly ban of ten people, police have charged two young men with breaking the ban.
It writes Jyllands-Posten.
– It was a big dance floor. There were toilet markings that showed the way to the toilets and the party had been announced via an Instagram account.
– There were so many things about this that prove that the party can be considered a public event and that they can not run from it. And they actually do not try that either, says duty officer at North Jutland Police Henrik Beck to the newspaper.
The two young people charged for the party live in the apartment themselves. They have also admitted that there were about 50 people the day before.
The police must now investigate the case further. Among other things, it must be investigated whether it has been a kind of “smuggling inn” where there has been a definite pub.
The party participants have not been fined, and the police chief of guards cannot say why.
