- None of the three suspects could be convicted of murder in the district court after the shooting in the district Nacksta in Sundsvall, when a man in his 30s was shot dead with nine shots.
- The prosecutor appealed the district court’s ruling and now the Court of Appeal for Nedre Norrland will try the case.
- The victim was lured down to open the locked front door and then shot dead and according to the prosecutor, all three men had intent to kill the victim.
- In the district court, the men were convicted of, among other things, aggravated theft and vandalism.
