Youth education is guaranteed a boost in the Finance Act

– We must stop sawing in the branch we ourselves are sitting on, and start investing in youth education, says political leader Sofie Carsten Nielsen (R).

– Last year we stopped the bleeding, and this year we set aside money for a professional boost. It has been very important for the Radicals, she said on Saturday at a press conference in the Ministry of Finance.

The agreement also deals with the preparatory basic educations (FGU).

From next year and up to and including 2024, DKK 220 million will be set aside annually to boost the so-called taximeter subsidies in upper secondary education, including general education and vocational education.
