- Two women in their 90s were exposed to fraudsters in their homes in Malmö and Landskrona on Saturday by first being called by someone who pretended to call from a credit company about a loan that was to be paid out.
- Then they were greeted by a person who managed to get over a bank card and code, of which the woman in Malmö lost 10,000 kronor.
- “We receive reports like this in principle daily,” states police spokeswoman Evelina Olsson, who urges the elderly and relatives to pay attention.
