- Still, the golden eagle pair have succeeded with their nests as they seem to have changed their diet somewhat and found hares and forest birds to feed 41 young in the county, almost as many as last year.
- “But in the long run, I am worried about what all wind turbines might mean for the birds of prey as they fly at the same heights over 300 meters,” says Thomas Birkö, Ångermanland’s Ornithological Society.
