- According to the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission, which is close to the government, more than 80 people were killed in a massacre yesterday in the Benishangul-Gumuz region of a community called Daletti.
- It should have happened early in the morning and the death toll is between the ages of two and 45, according to Commission spokesman Aaron Maasho.
- Daletti is located in an area where hundreds of civilians have been killed with knives and other weapons since September.
