A person has been driven to Aalborg Hospital in critical condition after he in a van had hit a holding truck on the highway.
The North Jutland Police writes on Twitter.
The accident happened at 07.15 on Friday morning in the motorway’s southbound lane between Svenstrup and Støvring.
As a result, the highway was blocked and motorists were urged to drive off it before reaching the accident site.
However, the emergency response from the police and emergency services quickly gained more attention.
At 7.53, the North Jutland Police wrote on Twitter that another accident has taken place in a southerly direction at the exit at Svenstrup.
One person is technically trapped after three cars have been driven together. Police and rescue are present at the scene.
