Kieku, Kesko’s Pirkka brand and the S Group’s Kotimaista brands have been pulled off the shelves.
Packs of ten leisure domestic eggs are part of the return process, as are packs of ten eggs and six eggs.
Kieku has also added its four-egg packaging with the Kieku brand to the recall. All eggs come from a farm where samples were found to contain salmonella and were packed at the Kieku factory.
The risk of Salmonella contamination only affects eggs with production code 2FI15464. More information about the return and pictures of the withdrawn products are available at Kieku website.
