- Modos forward Sebastian Ohlsson had to be taken to hospital after a nasty accident in the away match against Västerås in the hockey allsvenskan. It was after almost half the match that the accident occurred. Sebastian Ohlsson was tackled behind Västerås’ goal by the home team’s Lukas Zetterberg and landed with his head first on the ice.
- Sebastian Ohlsson was hospitalized for a long time and received help from ambulance personnel before he was taken to hospital. The match was interrupted for just over 30 minutes.
- Modo’s sports director Fredrik Glader came with a reassuring message after the bang. “I was there talking to him on the ice, he was in good spirits. He could move his arms and legs and was positive,” Glader told C More. Late in the evening, Modo came with the good news on Twitter that Ohlsson had to leave the hospital and follow the team in the player bus home.
