Participation in the workshop is free, but registration is mandatory.

During the two days, participants will get an insight into the work of ERRÓ and other artists whose works can be seen at exhibitions in Hafnarhús, juxtaposing them with the context of popular culture, collage, painting and meaning systems.

The main part of the workshop will be creative work, where together with the artist Lukas Bury, who also takes part in the exhibition in Hafnarhús, young participants will discover and learn about artistic tools in an accessible and interesting way, with the help of which they will create individual and group works.

Participants are welcome to bring old newspapers, magazines and comics with them, which they can use to create a collage.

The course is divided into two age groups:

Group from 7 to 9 years old – at Monday, February 22, 9:00 – 12:00 and Tuesday, February 23.
If you are interested, please register on the museum’s website as soon as possible – HERE.

Group from 10 to 12 years old: h. 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22 and Tuesday, February 23.
