17 people who held a party in a motorcycle club in Holstebro, have on Saturday night been charged with violating the assembly ban.
This is stated by duty officer Simon Skelkjær at the Central and West Jutland Police on Saturday morning.
The 17 people, who are aged 25 to 54, are all facing fines of 2,500 kroner.
The police arrived at the motorcycle club, which is located on Lemvigvej, around 00.15 on Saturday, the chief of guards says.
– We could see that several cars were parked outside the property, so we had a presumption that there were guests in there, says Simon Skelkjær.
– Then we knocked. But since no one opened, we had to call a locksmith. When he started working, it opened immediately.
The patrol then found the 17 people and they were charged, which according to the chief of guards proceeded “quietly”.
Police finished work out there around 2 p.m.
The limit of the assembly ban, which is supposed to help control the corona epidemic, currently stands at five people.
Also in December, the Central and West Jutland Police moved out to a party in a local motorcycle club. At that time it was southeast of Herning.
The head of the guard states that the two clubs are not related.
