During the robbery, a 12-year-old boy was threatened with a knife. He was not injured, but the chief of guards describes the boy as shaken after the episode.
The 17-year-old has been remanded in custody as a surrogate, as he is under 18 years of age and thus not suitable for a regular prison.
Two other young men aged 19 and 20 were released on Tuesday morning, but the charges against them have been upheld, the chief of guards said.
The 12-year-old boy was, according to police, a random victim and he was robbed of personal belongings.
Police received the report at 10:10 p.m., Monday.
– The child is being looked after by the three suspected perpetrators, said head of security Thomas Hartmann on Tuesday night.
– After this, we will be contacted directly, and on the basis of that information, we will be arrested very quickly.
Police then came in contact with the 12-year-old’s parents and the boy was brought along with his family.
