- Five years ago, Sweden had the highest proportion of women in the large companies’ management groups, but since then the development has stopped compared with our neighboring countries.
- In Norway, 30 percent of the largest companies’ management groups are now women. In Denmark, Finland and Iceland, the proportion of women in management has increased by between 8 and 12 percent since 2015 – while Sweden remains at 25 percent.
- “The only country behind Sweden is Denmark, but Sweden may well be the worst in two years,” says Amanda Lundeteg, CEO of the Allbright Foundation.
