On Wednesday morning, the Copenhagen Police in an action arrested and charged 25 people for being behind organized cannabis sales in Christiania, while the area has been corona-closed.
According to police, an information booth has officially been intended to guide outsiders that Christiania has kept closed. But in reality, the people in the stand have made more than 8500 trades in cannabis from January to now, police believe.
19 of the detainees will be produced in a constitutional hearing on Wednesday at noon with demands for custody.
