For exactly one year, Lieutenant General Per Pugholm Olsen has otherwise held the position of the Danish commander of NATO’s training mission in Iraq.
Pugholm took up the post of chief executive after being relieved of his duties as group management director in the Ministry of Defense’s department. This happened as a result of the case of lack of control and fraud in the Ministry of Defense’s Property Agency.

The current defense attaché in Washington Martin La Cour-Andersen will become head of the Arctic Command on June 1 and be appointed Rear Admiral.
Frank Trojahn takes over the position in Washington. He is currently head of the Development and Planning Staff of the Defense Command. That task will in future be taken on by Anders Rex, who today is head of the Air Force Command.
The puzzle thus leaves the positions of commander of the Army Command and commander of the Air Force Command vacant.
According to the Armed Forces, they will be occupied before the summer holidays.
