Police are investigating whether one or more unknown perpetrators have tried to set fire to a test center in Ballerup.
It is alleged that Molotov cocktails were thrown at the center on Energivej, the Copenhagen West Region Police said on Tuesday.
But the fire has gone out of itself, and thus no fire occurred in the building.
– The police take the situation very seriously, it is stated in the announcement from the police about the case.
When staff showed up for work Tuesday morning, they discovered shards of glass and soot on the ground. Therefore, the police were called out, and in the first instance it was stated that they were out for a so-called suspicious affair.
But the Capital Region of Denmark has announced that the center is still open to anyone who has booked time to be tested.
