SHL-kollen: Rögle to historic SM-semifinal

SHL-kollen: Rögle to historic SM-semifinal
  • Rögle is for the first time ready for the Swedish Championship semifinals in ice hockey. The team beat Frölunda on away ice with 6-1 and thus a total of 4-0 in matches. “This can go any distance, now I think Rögle will take the gold,” says Radiosport’s expert Per Svartvadet.
  • There is also much to suggest that Örebro will make it to the semi-finals. The team beat Leksand 7-1 and leads the quarterfinal series 3-0 in matches. It has never happened before in the SM play-offs that a team turned a 0-3 deficit in matches into a victory.
  • The most even quarter-final series is the one between Luleå and Skellefteå, tonight’s match Luleå won 1-0 after deciding late and leading 2-1 in matches.
