Here are the sections of the Penal Code that they are accused of violating:
* Paragraph 114b:
With imprisonment for up to ten years, it is punished as
1) directly or indirectly provides financial support to,
Directly or indirectly provides or collects funds for or
3) directly or indirectly makes available money, other assets or financial or other similar services to a person, group or association that commits or intends to commit acts covered by section 114 or section 114a.
* Paragraph 114e:
A person who otherwise promotes the business of a person, group or association committing or intending to commit acts covered by sections 114, 114a, 114b, 114c or 114d shall be punished by imprisonment for up to six years.
If the person in question is connected to an armed force, the punishment may increase to imprisonment for up to ten years or, in particularly aggravating circumstances, to imprisonment for up to 16 years.
* Paragraph 108:
Anyone who (..) does anything whereby foreign intelligence service is enabled or assisted to act immediately or directly within the territory of the Danish state (..) is punishable by imprisonment for up to six years.
PCS. 2. In the case of intelligence relating to military matters, or the enterprise takes place during war or occupation, the penalty may increase up to 12 years’ imprisonment.
* Paragraph 136 para. 2:
Anyone who publicly expressly endorses one of the crimes referred to in Chapter 12 or 13 of this Act shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment for up to two years.
