The arts and culture industry is expected to receive a total of EUR 125 million in grants and subsidies. About half of the total amount will be allocated in the form of grants to professionals in the field and the other half in support of the Center for the Promotion of the Arts (Taike) to self-employed and business people.
Around € 18.5 million will be allocated to the sports sector, including € 9 million for sports clubs and € 6 million for national and regional sports and sports organizations. The remaining EUR 3.5 million will be used to support events canceled or lost during the epidemic.
