A new study from SmartSurvey reveals it Norway is the best country in the world to be a woman at work.
Norway, which scored high across the board, is the number one country with one of the smallest pay gaps in the countries that the researchers analyzed, and provides one of the best environments for women who want to start a business, with the process. to set up a new start-up that takes only four days for women and costs 0.8% of gross national income per capita.
Norway has the 5th lowest gender pay gap (4.99%), the 10. highest proportion of women in work (46.99%) and 4. highest number of maternity leave (91 weeks).
