According to a survey by the Municipal Development Foundation, 55 per cent of Finns support the EU’s stimulus package because they think it is necessary to keep the EU united.

The package has become a hot political topic in Finland, as the central parliamentary committee decided that it must be approved by a two-thirds majority in the Finnish parliament.
The package includes โฌ 750 billion in stimulus spending. Finland’s share would be EUR 2.9 billion, while the Nordic countries will repay EUR 6.6 billion by 2058.
