Four people have been charged at a Men in Black demonstration in Aalborg for violating the Fireworks Act on Saturday night.
Among them is a 26-year-old man who the police have arrested for violating both the Fireworks Act, the Firearms Act and the Narcotics Act.
The North Jutland Police writes in a press release.
The police have had an ongoing dialogue with the organizers, which has been positive, says Deputy Police Inspector Henrik Skals in the announcement.
– Some of those present have, however, fired off Roman candles, and in this connection we have charged four people for violating the Fireworks Act. One of the four, a 26-year-old man, we have arrested, it sounds.
The procession began at 7 pm on Saturday night in Kildeparken in Aalborg and ended at the same place about two hours later.
According to police, about 250-300 people participated.
