The accusation is that the woman must have been in a state where she was unable to resist. He had previously offered her a drug.

He denies guilt and is considering appealing the district court judge’s decision to the district court, she states.
After the incident in October, the woman was feeling unwell. When she became aware that a video recording of what was happening was shared in a group, she decided to go to the police.

The woman reported the case to the Copenhagen Police on 12 May, and from here the case was forwarded to the Central and West Zealand Police for further investigation.
