In addition, he has raped another woman four times, the indictment against him reads.
In all, his actions must have affected 22 young girls and women, and on Thursday he will sit on the indictment bench in the Court in Frederiksberg.
Here come the prosecution and defense counsel with their views on an appropriate punishment.
The goals of the threats were different, but the accusations are reminiscent of each other, says senior prosecutor Søren Harbo.
– If there are any cases in my almost 13 years as a prosecutor that have had a systematic process, then it is a case like this, says Søren Harbo in his procedure.
He argues that the 20-year-old should be punished with six years in prison.
The 20-year-old denies guilt of having pressured young girls and women to send intimate pictures, money or to have raped anyone.
The defense lawyer for the 20-year-old, Rolf Lindegaard Gregersen, believes that he must be acquitted of the many circumstances.
According to the 20-year-old, he himself has been threatened by the man behind the profile, who has come up with many of the threats.
However, the prosecutor believes the man is fictitious. According to the prosecutor, the 20-year-old also explained to several girls that he did not know the man.
However, Rolf Lindegaard Gregersen does not believe that he is guilty.
– He does not have a duty to tell that he knows him. But he chooses to warn the girl, he says during his procedure.
However, the prosecution’s theory is that the 20-year-old contacted several victims because he was interested in them. When he was rejected, he threatened them via the fake profile.
Rolf Lindegaard Gregersen believes that there is doubt that it is the 20-year-old who wrote the messages. He also believes that violent language is often taken less seriously on social media.
Judgment in the case will be handed down on 3 June.
