- According to the police’s national operational department Noa, about 90 percent of those sentenced to deportation refuse, and then they can not be deported but instead placed in custody.
- The moderates are now proposing that the Riksdag demand that the law be changed so that it becomes possible to compulsorily test people in order to enforce rejection and expulsion decisions, but Minister of Justice Morgan Johansson recently said that compulsory testing is not something he is prepared to consider.
