The Philadelphia Flyers again signed the Germans Rubtsov and Linus Sandin on Monday.
Both restricted free agents signed $ 750,000 one-year two-year contracts for the 2021-22 season.
Rubtsov, who turns 23 later this month, was Philadelphia’s first inning (22nd overall) in 2016. He participated in four games with the Flyers during the 2019-20 season, but did not score.
Rubtsov was on loan this season with Sochi from the KHL in his home country Russia, where he recorded 11 points (three goals, eight assists) in 46 matches.
Sandin, 25, signed with the Flyers from the Swedish Elite League in April 2020. He played for the AHL’s Lehigh Valley Phantoms 2020-21 and added 10 points (six goals, four assists) in 26 games.
