It writes the Ministry of Taxation in a press release.
– For the first time since 2011, we are now ready to send out new property appraisals to homeowners. There is no doubt that it has been a long cool move to get here, but so much more positive is that we are now where we need to be, writes Minister of Taxation Morten Bødskov (S) in the announcement.
At the same time, the ministry writes that it maintains that the new housing tax system can be up and running from 2024.
In an accompanying appendix, the IT Authority, which supervises the project, writes, however, that there are still problems and a risk of delays.
– Overall, this is a program with a high risk of delays and increases in cost, but it is considered to be manageable, the supervision writes.
