Listasafn Reykjavikur invites you to take a stroll through the Breiðholt district, during which walkers will discover the diverse collection of public art in Efra-Breiðholt. The walk will be led by the artist Lukas Bury. Start on August 19 at 20:00.
The beginning of the walking route is at the Feather mural by artist Sara Riel. This mural can be seen on the wall of the Asparfell 2–12 building in front of the Mini Market on Drafnarfell 14.

Lukas Bury, who lives in Reykjavik, is a visual artist of Polish-German origin. He studied at Listaháskóli Íslands, at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Braunschweig and at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan.
He has exhibited his works at numerous collective exhibitions, including Tilvera – Being (2018), Verksmiðjan in Hjalteyri, Common Ground at SIM Exhibition Hall in Korpulfsstaðir (2020) in Reykjavik, Forðabúr – Supply (2020) in Nylistasafn in Reykjavik, Extraterritorial ( 2021) at the Mini Market in Reykjavik (with Weronika Balcerak, Flaviu Cacoveanu and Vitalii Shupliak) and Raw Power (2021) at the Reykjavik Art Museum (with artists such as Baldur Helgason, Erró, Sigurður Ámundason and Þórdís Aðalsteinsdóttir). He also took part in the Reykjavik Arts Festival (2020) and Plan-B Art Festival in Borgarnes (2020).
Currently, together with Weronika Balcerak, he is working on the artistic and research project “They have no pictures on the Wall”, which will end with a multilingual publication and an individual exhibition scheduled for October 2021.
