It’s also the warmest day, as low-pressure conditions finally subside and provide a cooler climate. Meteorologists suggest that good weather seekers plan their outdoor activities for this day.
Warm weather is forecast to peak in western Finland, where mercury is forecast to rise to 22 degrees on Saturday. Temperatures in south-eastern and southern Finland can also exceed 20 ℃ on Saturday, while in the Ostrobothnia and Satakunta regions they are expected to rise by 20–21 ℃ even on Sunday.
Friday and Saturday can still be windy; however, windy conditions are expected to subside on Sunday. Meteorologists recommend going out and enjoying the last remnants of the summer this weekend, as the Estonian storm front will probably bring the rain back to Finland and with it the official beginning of autumn.
