Trim your sleep

Trim your sleep

Can you improve your sleep or are you doomed to sleep too little or too much? How much sleep does a parent of young children need, what happens to sleep when you get a blow to the head, and how do elite athletes do to sleep optimally?

We find out in this episode of Kropp & Sjรคl when the host Stina Nรคslund meets researchers, elite athletes and parents of young children to get an answer to the question. But above all, Stina reveals her own teenage-like need for sleep โ€“ she could sleep for any length of time.

Participants: Johan Axelsson, professor at the Stress Research Institute, Stockholm University.
