The National Board of Health has made a table with all diseases and conditions, where it is assessed that after completion of vaccination, a reduced or lacking effect of vaccination against covid-19 can still be expected.
People with the following diseases and conditions are therefore recommended revaccination.

* Acute leukemia or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia
* Myelodysplastic syndrome
* Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
* Multiple myeloma
* Lymphoma
* Myelofibrosis
* Aplastic anemia
* T-cell large granular leukemia
* Allogeneic bone marrow transplant
* Primary immune deficiency
* HIV infection with pronounced immunodeficiency (CD4 <200)
* Cancer with active chemotherapy in 2021 (People who have only received radiation therapy or other active anticancer treatment are thus not covered)
* Treatment with one of the following drugs during 2021:
Rituximab (treatment within six months before the first dose of covid-19 vaccine).
Ocrelizumab (treatment within six months before the first dose of covid-19 vaccine).
Alemtuzumab
ATG
Ciclosporin
Tacrolimus
Mycophenolate
Immunoglobulin substitution
Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor inhibitors
* Transplantation, including organ transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, stem cell transplantation and artificial heart pump.
* Stem cell transplantation. A completely new vaccination regimen, i.e. two doses of mRNA vaccine, is offered to these patients 2-3 months after the stem cell transplant.
* Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
