Two men arrested for serious stabbing in Brabrand

On Tuesday evening, the East Jutland Police arrested two more men, whom they suspect in a case of a serious stabbing in Brabrand in August.

The stabbing took place on 6 August on Lenesvej. A 38-year-old man was stabbed several times with a knife and he was subsequently placed in a coma.

The two men, aged 19 and 27, were arrested on Tuesday night at an address north of Aarhus. This is stated by the East Jutland Police in its 24-hour report.

The men will be produced in constitutional interrogation in the Court in Aarhus on Wednesday at 13. Here it is expected that the prosecution will demand that they be remanded in custody.

However, the prosecutor will request closed doors at the hearing. In that case, there will be no further details about the police investigation into the case. But police say the men are charged with attempted murder.

A 29-year-old suspect has already been jailed in the case.
