As the plane flies into the Twin Towers, New York’s entire telephone system breaks down. People are fleeing the dust from the demolished high-rise buildings, people are looking at everything from their windows or are trapped in the attacked houses. In desperate search of relatives, they leave messages in voicemails without a clue if they will ever be intercepted. Messages that become snapshots from September 11th.
The program was made in 2011.
