– It surprises me deeply, and I think it is criticisable that when you as a citizen press 112 and expect emergency help, calls are not forwarded and you do not get the ambulances you need.
She therefore calls Health Minister Magnus Heunicke (S) in consultation on the matter.
– That you do not get that help amazes me a lot. That is why I have sent the minister in consultation to follow up on whether it is the same in all five regions and whether it is the regions that have given the wrong priority, she says.
According to Berlingske, who for three months has had employees at the Capital Region of Denmark’s 112 emergency center collect documentation about missed calls, thousands of calls are lost.
Figures for 29 days in the last three months show that there were at least 2482 missed calls.
