– It must be clear to everyone that Timo is a very dangerous man, said prosecutor Nanna la Cour during her procedure, where she filed a claim for detention.
The killer arrived on the night of 30 April 2019 at the house in Tisvildeleje where the 58-year-old Charlotte Asperud lived.
According to his own statement, he wanted to talk to her about the treatment he received at a hospital in Hillerød five years earlier, where Charlotte Asperud forcibly admitted him to a psychiatric ward.
She did this when, after a traffic accident, he behaved aggressively and violently in the emergency room in Hillerød.
Nellemose was an experienced burglar, and armed with a crowbar, he broke into Charlotte Asperud’s.
Inside, he kicked in the bedroom door.
Charlotte Asperud tried to call her daughter, but got hold of an answering machine that recorded the prelude to the murder.
Prosecutor Nanna la Cour emphasized during the proceedings, among other things, his mental state. She said he never lets go of his anger and that he had apparently not been affected by the killing.
– After the murder, he goes home and continues to have sex chats with women, as if nothing had happened, she says.
The detention sentence means that Nellemose must be detained in an indefinite prison. Only when he is no longer considered to pose a danger to society can he be released.
Autopsy of the body showed extensive signs of violence. She had, among other things, 19 violent injuries to her head. They probably originated from blows with a koben.
Nellemose has previously had a seemingly well-functioning life. He is a trained aircraft mechanic, pilot and mechanical engineer.
But at some point, a personal deroute began in his life. Where he had an abuse of alcohol and cocaine. And he acquired by burglary.
According to a mental examination that has been done for the case, Nellemose suffers from a personality disorder. He has, among other things, narcissistic tendencies and chronic anger over what he perceives as injustices.
In connection with the murder case, Timo Nellemose has also been convicted of placing a GPS tracker on his ex-wife’s car.
Timo Nellemose had appealed for a milder sentence.
Through his lawyer, Karoline Døssing Normann, he sought a sentence measured this year.
