He showed that as late as September, when he made a comeback after a four-month injury break with a goal against Lazio. He even showed up at the San Siro with a long, carbon black and beautifully braided ponytail.
Ibrahimovic moved back to Milan in January 2020 and has been one of the driving forces in the rebuilding of the Serie A club, which finished second last season after many years of meager results.
Unfortunately for Ibrahimovic, the past year has also been marked by many breaks with injuries.
His current contract with the Milan club expires in the summer of 2022, and it is unknown what will happen after the active football career.

“So I want to disappear and enjoy life,” Ibrahimovic told France Football in September.
Ibrahimovic stopped on the Swedish national team after the European Championships in 2016, but made a surprising comeback in the spring, when he was selected for a number of matches and was in play for the European Championships.
The big striker wanted to go to the European Championships, but it did not happen due to an injury.
Ibrahimovic came up against the wind in the autumn of 2019, when he announced that he had bought into the football club Hammarby.
The reason was that Ibrahimovic in his first years played for Malmö FF, which is one of Hammarby’s rivals in the best Swedish football series, the Allsvenskan.
In Malmö, a statue of Ibrahimovic was vandalized, and his home in Stockholm was vandalized.
Ibrahimovic is the son of a Bosnian father and a Croatian mother and grew up in the Malmö district Rosengård, which is known for housing many immigrant families.
Ibrahimovic himself became a breakthrough for immigrants in Swedish football.

The long striker came to Italy in 2004 and found his foothold. Ibrahimovic has thus represented Juventus, Inter and now in two rounds Milan, and everywhere he was a success.

Ibrahimovic switched to French Paris Saint-Germain in 2012, and here he was in the period up to 2016 part of the building of PSG as a major European club.
Then he came to Manchester United, where he did not leave an equally large imprint until 2018.
He did so in return at the North American MLS club Los Angeles Galaxy in 2018-2019.
It has turned into lots of goals and lots of titles. He ended up in the US with this salute on Instagram:
– I came, I saw, I conquered. Thanks for making me feel alive again, LA Galaxy. For the Galaxy phases: You wanted Zlatan, I gave you Zlatan. You’re welcome. The story continues. Now you can start watching baseball again.
Privately, Ibrahimovic is married to Helena Seger, and the couple has teenage sons Maximilian and Vincent.
