Washington [US]October 8 (ANI): Grammy-winning singer Adele recently opened up about her upcoming album “30”, her divorce and her inevitable return to the limelight.
According to Variety, Adele had her first sitting interview in five years with British Vogue. The star, who gave his last one-on-one interview in 2016, said: “I have to sort myself out to be famous again, which I do not really like to be.” For the past five years, the “Hello” star has raised her son Angelo and married and divorced her now ex-husband, Simon Konecki.
Adele said the new album explains that her life is changing but in the end is a letter to her now 9-year-old son.
“My son has had many questions. Really good questions, really innocent questions, which I just have no answer to … (which) why can you not live together? … I just felt like I wanted to explain to him , through this record, when he’s in his twenties or thirties, who I am and why I voluntarily chose to dismantle his whole life in pursuit of my own happiness. It made him really unhappy sometimes. And it’s a real wound for me that I do not know if I will ever be able to heal, she says.
Adele married the businessman in 2018 when she was 30 years old – the album’s title name – and said that the album will encourage those who have been lost in a relationship to move on.
She said: “Can you imagine couples listening to it in the car? It would be so awkward. I think many women will look like ‘I’m done. “” The star explained what she’s hoping for in “30”, comparing it to her two previous blockbusters: “I was drunk like a fart on” 21 “; I really don’t remember much, I just remember being really sad.” 25 ‘I was obviously sober like anything because I was a new mom. That one, I was more in line with what I thought people might or might not want. With this one, I made the very conscious decision to be like, for the first time in my life, actually, ‘What do I want?’ “What she partly wanted was to resume work with Greg Kurstin, who mated well with her at ’25 ‘, and Max Martin, Inflo (known for his work with Sault) and the Swedish composer and producer Ludwig Goransson, who won a Oscar for his ‘Black Panther’ score and has worked closely with Childish Gambino, there are no selected guests on the record.
In the end, Adele said that “30” contains a roller coaster of emotions: “I feel like this album is self-destruction, then self-reflection and then kind of self-birth. But I feel ready. I really want people to hear my side of the story this time. “Adele also appeared on the cover of the American edition of Vogue, with a completely different story and different covers. This is the first time the same person has fronted both Vogues at the same time.
‘Easy On Me’, the first single from ’30’, will be released on October 15 (ANI)
