In any case, the prosecution believes so, and on Friday next week the man will be charged at the Court in Esbjerg for failing to help the woman.
The woman passed away at a time between 04.00 and 09.08 on 2 February 2020.
Not only did he fail to help her, but according to the indictment, which Ritzau has been given access to, he also took pictures of the unconscious and dying woman.
Two pictures where she bleeds out of her nose, he sent a few days later to an acquaintance. The pictures were accompanied by the text: “See how beautiful she is from the other side”, it appears from the indictment.
The man is also accused of raping a woman in Esbjerg a few weeks earlier.
The woman was “significantly” under the influence of drugs and could not resist that he sexually abused her in several ways and subjected her to the execution of rape. In addition, according to the indictment, he must have filmed the assault.
The indictment is anonymized, so it is unclear whether it is the same woman in both cases.
Finally, the 33-year-old is accused of having in December last year and January this year received a total of five letters with small amounts of cocaine and heroin from the Netherlands to his address in Esbjerg. However, the letters were intercepted by the Danish Customs before they arrived.
