Thus, the district court sentences the three children every six months more than they received in the city court.
Britta Nielsen cheated for a number of years for 117 million kroner in the National Board of Health and Welfare. A large portion of that money went to her children, daughters Jamilla Hayat and Samina Hayat and son Jimmy Hayat.
In July last year, the court in Glostrup sentenced the three children to prison for gross heeling.
It found it proved that the children must have realized that the values were likely to have originated from a criminal relationship, and had accepted it.
The children have explained that they thought the money, among other things, came from the inheritance that the father left at his death in 2005. However, that inheritance was only 290,000 kroner.
The millions transferred from Britta Nielsen to the three children went to everything from valuable horses and expensive cars to land in South Africa.
