She should also have punched, kicked and kicked the man in the head, tied his leg with a cord and stuck a ballpoint pen up his anus, the indictment states.
All of this, according to police, was instrumental in the man’s death.
The 61-year-old was found dead on 14 February at Birkegaardsalle in Solrød Strand.
One of the man’s friends had been past the address and found that something was wrong. Shortly after, he alerted police.
When police arrived at the address, it found both the deceased man but also the 27-year-old woman. She was arrested shortly after by officers.
Police have previously found that the two had a relationship, but have not revealed what exactly it consisted of. They have not been out with a possible motive for the murder.
If one is to believe the indictment, violent behavior is not far from the 27-year-old woman.
She is also accused of having used violence against a deputy head of the Mette Marie boarding house in Vanløse in February 2019. At least once she should have bitten the victim in the arm.
The woman is finally also accused of having produced cannabis back in 2017 at an address in the town of Midvágur in the Faroe Islands.
The result of the production has been of a size that has led the police to suspect that it was for the purpose of resale. However, the woman failed to sell it, as the police managed to interrupt the production.
The trial, which has been raised as a jury trial, is scheduled for 14 and 15 December at the Court in Roskilde.
