Train operations between Funen and Jutland were stopped shortly before noon on Friday. This was because an overhead line had been torn down, DSB stated.
It was on the stretch between Odense and Fredericia that the trains stopped, but here, early Friday afternoon, train operations were resumed in one lane.
Therefore, they have also chosen to prioritize intercity trains and light rail between Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen, it is stated.
On the other hand, the section from Esbjerg to Copenhagen has been canceled. It is not yet known when train traffic between them will resume.
Train traffic on West Funen has also been canceled after the overhead line was torn down. Here, however, buses have been deployed between Odense and Fredericia.
There will continue to be delays in train traffic.

It is Banedanmark that is responsible for investigating how the overhead line has been torn down, but on Friday afternoon at 2.50 pm there is nothing new yet, it is stated.
