This is stated by the Defense Operations Center and Bornholm Police.
The ship’s arrest warrant has been revoked because it has undergone the investigations it needs to, and the investigations have shown that it is safe for the ship to continue sailing.
Bornholm Police inform that the ship is still in Rønne Harbor on Saturday evening at 21 o’clock.
It is assumed that the ship will not sail until Sunday.
The ship ran aground the night before Monday and Wednesday around 6pm it drifted free by itself.
The ship then sailed to Rønne, where it was to undergo investigations. The studies have thus shown that it is safe for the ship to sail on.
On Thursday afternoon, Bornholm Police stated that charges had been filed for boating against the ship’s captain.
The captain is the only one of the ship’s seven crew members charged after the grounding.
A blood test has shown that the captain’s per mille was 0.8.
“Beaumaiden” is 88 meters long and loaded with manure. At the grounding, it was on its way from Antwerp in Belgium to Tallinn in Estonia.
