The Swedish Public Health Agency wants to introduce the use of vaccination certificates for public gatherings and public events with more than 100 people indoors, according to information to Ekot in the afternoon.
The authority has today made a so-called request to the government for an amendment to an ordinance that should enter into force on the first of December.
Participating in the press conference are Minister of Social Affairs Lena Hallengren, Minister of Culture and Democracy Amanda Lind and Karin Tegmark Wisell, Director General of the Swedish Public Health Agency.
