The team evaluated NochMallโs current sustainability performance and, through extensive research, developed suggestions on how the company could improve its sustainability efforts in the future. Kristina says that the project tested the project management skills of the team included in the degree curriculum and the successful project result was achieved by following agile project management methods in an international environment. The project also gave him valuable networking opportunities with his German colleagues.
